On the 4th of August, 2013, The Arewa Youth Forum of Northern Nigeria
visited Prophet T.B. Joshua in the Synagogue Church of All Nations. One
of the members present was the National Director Public Affairs
representing Benue state of the Arewa Youth Forum of the name of Bello
Abdul Hamid. He said that Prophet T.B. Joshua is the very first man of
God they are visiting and honouring. He said "We are here because of
love. He has provided for people who has been hit by the boko haram
insurgents. He is the first man to do so". He went ahead to name the
members of the forum that came along with him. Gloria Ibramhim etc (I
can't remember the rest). He continued by saying "We are here because of
love that is seen in this man. That is why this man was selected. Where
there is love, these is on stealing no destruction. Where there is
love, you'll not say this man is a muslim or christian. Love is the
solution to our problem in Nigeria. Love is lost in Nigeria. We are
looking for love. We are here to make this man an ambassador of peace.
After consultation, we have approved that this man of love should lead
us to bring back the lost love in our dear country of Nigeria. We are
going to host him in kaduna State, Nigeria where all the emirs will be
present". As part of the main reason which they came, Prophet T.B Joshua
was given an award as an ambassador of the Arewa Youth Forum of
Northern Nigeria, an award which only few prominent Nigerians has had in
the past. He was also given a traditional attire which he wore and took
pictures with them and also said some words which I can't remember.
